Our Facilities

 

Our facility in Luanda - Bengo has an infrastructure of more than 22,000 m² approved for handling maintaining storing and repairing Oilfield Equipment. The strategic location allows for a pluralized service covering Downhole Tools, CCUs, High Pressure Testing, High Pressure Wash and more. Our facility at SONILS, allow us to be very close to our clients, to deploy our equipment and services, when needed.

Our facility at SONILS is designed to optimize our logistics and response time to the needs of our clients. We are present at the heart of the Oilfield Logistics activities in Angola which helps us build a strong, durable and trustable relationships with our clients.

Our facility at Bengo is organized in 8 key areas,  Downhole Maintenance, Storage, Metal Structure, Hydrostatic Testing, Sling Maintenance, Equipment Cleaning, Equipment Rental, Machining.

Our Downhole Maintenance area is fully geared to maintain most downhole tools. We have a pressure test coffin, a break and make and a push and pull machine. Adding to that we have a temperature control area to store temperature sensible equipment and we have all necessary hand and lifting (5T crane) tools.

Our Storage area is secured we have 24/7 guards with cameras, electrical fences and well arranged dedicated indoors and outdoors storage zone.
 
Our Metal Structure area is designed for quality and safe work. We have lifting and working at height equipment. The area and tools are organized to deliver the best welding and painting jobs.
  

Our Hydrostatic Testing area is first of all safe. We have dedicated walls to contain an unlikely pressure blast. We have cameras to monitor the tests real time.

Our Sling Maintenance area is designed with multiple barriers to contain its oil and allows us to quickly protect your lifting gear from rust.

Our Equipment Cleaning area has separators which allows us to recycle the water. It's equipped with ultra high pressure water guns with a workable maximum pressure of 2000 bars.  

Our Equipment Rental area is organized by CCU and tanks type.

Our Machining area is dedicated for small repairs and quick prototyping.
